Cathy is a native San Diegian who has made Central Oregon her home for over 25 years. She comes to Coldwell Banker Morris after 10 years with Brooks Resources Corporation who were the developers of such prestigious properties as Black Butte Ranch, Awbrey Glen Golf Community, and Mt. Bachelor Village Resort.
Cathy specializes in residential real estate: serving buyers and sellers of primary residences, vacation homes, condominiums and bare land. She knows the ins and outs of varied areas, including side streets and hidden treasures.
Cathy's two children were raised in Bend. Her spare time is spent with her husband and many animals on their small farm. She has also volunteered for Habitat for Humanity for over 16 years and is on their Board of Directors. She is a member of the Bend Chamber and Central Oregon Visitors Association.
